We currently ships within the United States and most countries Internationally. We are exploring ways to make our products more accessible globally. Stay tuned!

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is calculated at check out.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Or you can check your order status here.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us.

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM.

We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please contact us with your order number and let us know which products you are missing.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, we will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, The So Collection reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

HOW SHOULD I STORE YOUR PRODUCTS

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS

We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

We are cruelty-free and never test on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. Our Hair products are fully vegan.
