No prior experience is required. The Afro Luxe Braiding Academy is specifically designed for complete beginners. We start with hand control fundamentals and progress step by step through professional techniques.
The course is $500 in total. You can enrol online today by paying the $50 non-refundable registration fee, the $250 first installment (registration included), or the full $500. Whichever option you choose, the full balance is due by the start of week 3.
The professional braiding course is a 4-week programme totalling approximately 40 hours of hands-on training, conducted at our Laurel, Maryland studio.

The course is fully in-person at our Laurel, Maryland studio. Hands-on practice is the foundation of our curriculum — we do not offer an online-only version.
